At Stryker Dealership Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
